Disrespectful!!!! I scheduled an appointment to view an apartment, and received a confirmation via email. I arrived at my scheduled time, and the front desk staff said that the leasing consultant was on another tour and that I should have a seat in the lobby. After waiting 35 minutes, I inquired at the desk again, and the staff members said that she was done with her tour and would be right with me. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I had to add more money to the parking meter across the... street. I added the money and came back in to continue waiting. The staff then informed me that the leasing consultant said it was too late for a tour, and she wasn't coming out to greet or acknowledge me. The staff told me that she said I could schedule a tour for another day - EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK ME ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET THERE. The front desk staff also said that she told them that she had called me. However, there was no call from their office in my call log. No respect for my time. POOR MANAGEMENT ON FULL DISPLAY!!! I'm glad I found out how poorly they treat people before making a mistake and moving there!

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
We moved out of Albion in October 2023, we paid all of our bills on time and thought everything was good. Fast forward to today, I get an email from a debt collector saying my boyfriend and I owe Albion nearly $700 for utilities. WHAT????? We never received any notice that we owed extra money, when I log on to the website that was used to view charges, it actually says I have an account credit of $5. Conveniently, no one at this company will answer my phone calls to explain to... me what is going on and I don't have a way to log on to my account to view my previous payments anymore. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLEEZY, SCUM-BAG APARTMENT COMPLEX.

BEWARE
Many break-ins have occurred in units in the last 3 months and management will not address. NO CAMERAS are installed in the halls or stairways. Not safe for tenants. Contact OP Police for more info on crime record for Albion Oak Park. I recommend not signing a lease For any reason. Also, management never care about the residents. Bad smell for smoking is everywhere and they never do anything. If you need assistance they respond after weeks and if it is an emergency it doesn’t matter because is... going to take them a lot of hours to help you. Pool is always close even though you’re paying for it and the elevators always smell bad because they never clean dogs accidents. Totally do NOT recommend.
