We truly appreciate your kind comments about our front desk, maintenance, and package teams—they work very hard each day, and it means a lot to see their efforts recognized.
We also completely understand the frustration surrounding the building... challenges you mentioned. These situations often require extensive coordination with multiple vendors, engineers, and insurance teams, which can make timelines difficult to confirm until work is fully scoped and approved.
That said, our team is actively working to provide updates as soon as reliable information becomes available and to move restoration and repairs forward as quickly as possible.
