I have loved living here so far. The management has gone above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The price is reasonable. The complex is beautiful. The maintenance staff is quick and knowledgeable.
Small cons: The appliances could be better. But they all work fine, so it doesn't bother me. Also, the halls often smell bad. But my apartment smells neutral and has great ventilation, so it's not a huge deal.

Good complex, great apartment. Communication and follow-through are best in industry No issues until recently. That being renewal is coming up and renewal rates are much higher than local competitors, and local competitors are not charging all utilities after rent each month
