I have lived here for a little over a years and nothing but positive things to say. Woodland Reserves is a Great community. Clean, maintainrd well and staff is great.

Had a maintenance issue and it was fix quick and professionally. Neighbors are nice and clean. Also staffing is very helpful and welcoming. Neighborhood is very inviting and peaceful. No complains here.

The apartments are nice little bit on the pricey side. It is quiet neighborhood well maintained the only reason I didn't give it a five star review is once again I've had another package lost in that mail room which is a complete mess drivers don't seem to understand where anything goes and I can't find another package and I have to ask Amazon for another refund this is getting ridiculous I'm worried about the medicine that I have delivered there and pray that it's always there when it's there... this issue needs to be resolved Read More

Clean property, prompt maintenance when needed. I like my balcony a lot. We also like watching the geese and ducks and muskrat swim around the pond.
