I’ve really enjoyed living at 2700 Lincoln so far; the building itself is fantastic and offers a great living environment. However, there are a few ongoing maintenance issues and minor items throughout the unit that are currently broken or in need of repair. I would love to see these smaller details addressed to help the apartment truly live up to its full potential. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home, and I appreciate the management team's attention to keeping the community in top... shape.

I would recommend 2700 Lincoln to anyone looking for an apartment close to campus! The location is very convenient, especially for students, and the amenities are a great bonus. Having access to a pool is really nice, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.
My biggest downside is definitely the price. The apartments are pretty expensive, which can be difficult for students on a budget. However, overall, I have had a positive experience and would still recommend 2700 Lincoln because... of the convenient location, amenities, and great staff.

2700 is amazing
Going from a dorm room to an apartment at 2700 Lincoln was an amazing and very much needed upgrade. Their staff and maintenance teams are very friendly. They do a great job building a community and have events usually once a month that all residents can attend and have a good time. The move in process was quick and easy also! 5/5
