We’ve been living here for 3 days and The studios here are good and quiet, the staff are very nice and helpful. There are some stores near by which is very convenient

I love West Towne apartments! They are located in a super convenient spot in Ames and the neighborhood is great. For the most part, noise levels are low. Overall, I am very happy with where I live!

This is a relatively nice complex. The noise level is usually pretty good. Sometimes there will be loud music playing or kids running in the halls. Maintenance is great! The view outside is beautiful. I think the biggest thing that needs improvement is cleanliness. The hallways are usually dirty. If something is spilled it won’t get cleaned up for days sometimes. The lawn outside is always full of dog poop and sometimes the sidewalk too.

So far really good! Had a couple problems at the beginning of lease but they took care of it no problem and haven’t had any since! We did renew so can’t wait for next year.
