I like living in my apartment. However I feel it is lacking in the area of child friendliness. There is nowhere for children to play and contrary to popular belief children are not made to be seen and not heard. Children need spaces where they can safely run and be loud if they are expected to be quiet when they are inside. However nice the parking lot is, it is not a safe place for children to play. The small grassy areas are not good for play either as they are often covered in dog waste that... residents do not courteously clean. I wish there were more family friendly activities and not just activities geared toward college students. If renting to families, accommodations for those families are necessary to have a well rounded community.

There’s a lot of family related noise across the hall due to young children that are extremely vocal and often try (and sometimes succeed) to escape the apartment and run amok in the hallway. Frustrated parents raise their voice which adds to the noise.
