So far, I like the living space and the rent is not to bad, I enjoy the layout of the apartment and everything has been working smooth, just not too sure about the process of utilities

Okay, but neighbors are super loud and won’t let you sleep. Walls are super thin. I tried to bring this up to the landlord and the office and both did not address the issue, even though our lease agreement has a clause about respecting quiet hours in the neighborhood.

Cozy cute and quiet. I lived on welch for some time and the peace and quiet here is amazing. I like that the sun shines through the windows and it actually feels like a real apartment complex.

Noise travels out of rooms into hallway and can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Maintenance is great has responded fast to every request.
