Staff always responds to maintenence requests, office staff is kind and out going answering any questions you may have. The apartments are always well maintained, and the community is clean.

Living in this apartment has been a very positive experience. From the start, I have appreciated how well-maintained and welcoming the space feels. The layout is comfortable and functional, with plenty of natural light that makes each room inviting throughout the day. Daily life here is easy, thanks to reliable amenities that support both relaxation and productivity. The building itself is kept in excellent condition, and the atmosphere is peaceful, which allows me to feel at home and at ease. I... also value the convenience of the location—close to stores, restaurants, and transportation—while still offering a quiet environment to come back to. Overall, living here has provided the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. It is a place I truly enjoy calling home and one I would recommend to anyone.

Great Gym! I love the sauna too. Also, the rent is super cheap and it's at a decent location. Another one of my favorite things is the free parking for guests.

Cleanliness of the common area can definitely be improved. The dog dna initiative is a good step in this direction. Looking for more initiatives to improve the general ambiance of the community.

Little bit of a rough start with some minor cosmetic issues in the apartment, but things are fine now.
The girls at the front desk are super sweet and helpful.
We are right next to a stairwell, so there is a little more noise than we are used to but that is expected.
