The maintenance staff is wonderful. They have an automated system to answer the phone which I do not like. It is a virtual assistant. The grounds are well maintained. They call it luxury living but it is really just an average apartment on the nicer side. Floors have lots of scratches from previous tenants. Kitchen appliances are often ding when you get them and the ceramic floors can be chipped. The room and the apartments is very nice they're large the fireplace works great. Elevators are nice... . Hallways and garages are kept clean. Overall rating of a four

Other than the WiFi reliability being poor in my experience. This is a very clean place with nice people and very responsive workers and maintenance! Lawns could use some landscaping and birds like to nest inside of dryer ducts. It would be nice if the doors in the hallways wouldn’t slam so hard as people are always coming in and out in the middle of the night and that door slams right next to my apartment waking me a lot.
