I have been living at the Foundry for about a year now and have really enjoyed my time here. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help when something comes up. The building and shared spaces are consistently clean and well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to live.
The location is also a big advantage since it is easy to get to campus and around Ames. The study spaces are especially useful when you need a quiet spot to focus. Overall, it has been a great... experience and I would recommend the Foundry to anyone looking for a dependable off campus apartment near Iowa State.

Rather dissappinted, the apartment was trashed when I moved in, didnt get the room I desired (was confirmed i would) to how the flood is being treated, whether it be unlucky or poor planning, I feel rather dissapointed

Nice place, nice people, staff is friendly. Location is great for commuting to classes and campus locations. Assigned roommates have been great and the units are spacious. ??
