I like the neighborhood is very quiet My neighbors don't bother me I don't bother them other than that besides the dogs taking the doo doo and the grass and some not picking it up other than that it's a nice location

I recently moved into Regency Park, and my experience has been amazing! Destiny was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—professional, friendly, and made everything seamless. The complex is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. I’m so happy with my new home and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!

Decent place and neighborhood. Maintenance shows timely. No issues overall with neighbors. No random trash throughout the complex. Majority are respectful people. No issues with missing packages (so far).

I just moved into Regency Park in Feb. I did a lot of research before moving, and this complex had the best reviews in Atlanta for this price point. I made an appointment with Mel, the turnkey manager, and told him exactly what I was hoping to find. The first place he showed me had all of the things on my criteria list! He showed me a couple of other places, but I already knew when I saw that first one that it was for me. I have been here a month and I love it. It is close to the airport and... a huge shopping plaza but it is very quiet and I feel safe living here. Highly recommended! If you are looking for a place be sure to list exactly what you want. They have 650 units so there is one that will have ALL of what you are hoping to find!

I love my apartment from the layout to the community. I was given a warm welcome by the leasing agents and the maintenance team is fast. You also can't beat the price and the location!
