Very nice place to call home, quiet most of the time, the grounds are always clean and well maintained, most residents stay to themselves, never hear screaming and fighting.

Enjoying thjs move. Place was clean and ready for move in. Management and staff are very attentive, welcoming, and friendly. The neighborhood is clean, tenants are friendly and respectful.

The ladies in the office is very nice and welcoming. There was a mixup with my move in date but I was still given an apartment. I am very satisfied with everything thus far. Everyone is very nice and make you feel at home.

I'm satisfied mostly 90% mostly everyone keep to themselves property is upkeep is pretty good except trash area over the weekends needs to be empty durning weekends

When I moved into my apartment on June 6, 2025, it should never have been rented in the condition it was in. From the beginning, there were numerous maintenance issues, including broken and inoperable toilets, an inoperable stove, broken refrigerator, broken dishwasher, and a broken air conditioner. The condition of the unit was unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress from the start.

What made the experience even worse was the lack of cooperation and concern from management. I notified them... that I have COPD and that going without air conditioning for over a month was a serious health issue for me, yet they did not provide a reasonable accommodation or respond with the urgency the situation required. Their attitude came across as rude, dismissive, and uncaring.

Overall, my experience was very poor and extremely disappointing. I am glad there’s new staffing, so far they’re doing a fabulous job. I hope they keep up the good work. Read More
