The apartment is nice with best kitchen fittings and immediate resolution to any service request. There is a 2 moths promotional offer this summer which I grabbed. Flat is spacious with two Balconies.

The apartment has been solid so far, and some of the neighbors are really sweet and friendly. However, it's not a lot and you can feel isolated really quickly. Additionally, the service isn't that great, even when the nature of the request is an emergency

Pleasant and friendly staff. The gym and leasing office delivery room is a life saver. I just wish gym was open 24x7 and it had gates with code enabled because anyone could enter at anytime.

Nice people in management but apartment was not ready for me when I moved in. Washer was not working, both of my sink handles were extremely loose, and among other things. But rent isn’t too bad and it’s a decent community. But I wish my bed room had a light.
