Maintenance is fast, management is easy to work with and understanding. No trash service but its okay, easy to work around, very close walking distance to clairmont shuttles for emory students.

The apartment is nice with best kitchen fittings and immediate resolution to any service request. There is a 2 moths promotional offer this summer which I grabbed. Flat is spacious with two Balconies.

The apartment has been solid so far, and some of the neighbors are really sweet and friendly. However, it's not a lot and you can feel isolated really quickly. Additionally, the service isn't that great, even when the nature of the request is an emergency

Pleasant and friendly staff. The gym and leasing office delivery room is a life saver. I just wish gym was open 24x7 and it had gates with code enabled because anyone could enter at anytime.
