I recently moved in and, overall, I am satisfied with the size of the apartment and the quiet location. However, the move-in process could have been better organized, as the staff did not clearly inform us about everything beforehand. The apartment was also not properly cleaned when we received it, and there appear to be some pest issues that still need to be addressed. The apartment itself has good potential, but the management should improve communication, cleaning, and pest control.

The management is slow to respond to issues and often lies or keeps residents in the dark about issues / changes to the amenities in order to pretend like everything is fine. The units themselves are pretty good overall.

Maintenance is always on time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love the cute club house set up. Homes with 2 patios are a treat. Been here 2 years. No complaints.

Living room was leaking at move in.
Quickly repaired, waiting to make sure that it worked.
Refrigerator door does not close properly.
Main bedroom window glass has cracks.
Garbage disposal as been backed up.
Mailbox does not close properly.
Friendly staff, good layout of apartment.
Spacious porch. Great shower pressure.
AC works great.
Pool area is nice, small but clean gym.

Great location with convenient access to Emory University and easy access to the Emory shuttle, making commuting to campus quick and hassle-free.
