great experience, excited to move
I had a great tour with Marley and the community is pet friendly, right off 400 for my commute. The amenities were very clean and quiet.

I never leave reviews however I couldn't not. We toured several apartments before this one, and Sophie at Alta Northlery was by far the absolute best leasing agent we encountered. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the staff overall is fantastic and really makes you feel at home. Highly recommend checking out Alta Northlery if you're looking for a new... place!

Nice apartments and quiet location
Quick maintenance response. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and I am top floor, love the quiet area. It has been a great experience so far.
