Referral bonus is halfway to a $5 gift card?
Dog poop and stray cats everywhere.
Maintenance will show up immediately for small tasks but drag on big issues and sometimes mark things as completed that haven't been addressed.
Don't take serious issues like gas leaks very seriously without constantly having to call with the leasing office and maintenance.
