Mr. James is wonderful! He solved all of our maintenance issues quickly and properly.
The maintenance staff has always been great when we've had even little issues (like needing help changing a light bulb!). The team also called after my maintenance was marked as "complete" to make sure that everything was taken care of and we didn't need anything else.
The office staff is also always so great. I normally run into David and he's always so helpful if there are any issues with the pool, package... locker, etc.
The one downside is other neighbors. So many of them walk their dogs off leash and don't clean up after themselves.

Maintenance Baffling
Constantly marking work orders as complete without ever doing the work or communicating why the work was not done. Any work order gets marked as complete within a couple days whether or not anything was done and they always send an automated review email. Review is that you didn't do anything.

I just signed the lease so I don’t have too much to say, but The grounds of the complex are beautiful. I wish a couple of things had gone differently these past few days but staff was nice and respectful in all areas.

GREAT COMMUNITY
This property is truly amazing the leasing managers is so attentive and welcoming. Treating their residents as a community with events and things to participate in, this doesn’t go unnoticed. The environment is amazing leaving people to walk freely and definitely feel safe.
