Few neighbors welcomed me and the amenities were good with the exception of one or two which has been fixed. Overall it’s good and the environment is clean.

Referral bonus is halfway to a $5 gift card? Dog poop and stray cats everywhere. Maintenance will show up immediately for small tasks but drag on big issues and sometimes mark things as completed that haven't been addressed. Don't take serious issues like gas leaks very seriously without constantly having to call with the leasing office and maintenance.
