Valet trash service is very unreliable — it hasn’t been picked up for three days! I don’t use it anymore. Most of the time, trash bags are scattered along the road, making the area look so dirty.The apartments are very old, with squeaky doors and outdated appliances. They really need a major renovation!There are too many pests crawling around every day (roaches, spiders, millipedes), even with repellents! we had to reschedule ourmove in date due to dead and alive roaches on the floor!! i would... never recommend this place to my frens!

We have only lived here for a short period of time, but so far things have been going very well. The community is very lively and family friendly. We did have some issues when we moved in, but maintenance was pretty quick about coming out and assisting. I was quite impressed with how on top the office was with making sure that the issues got fixed. If things stay the way that they’re going I can definitely see us renewing our lease in the future.

My experience here has been nothing but great. I appreciate the professionalism and quick response from maintenance. The community is well kept at all times, the staff greet u warmly and it is very nice apartment. I am very happy here
