I've really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. One of my favorite amenities is the gym, which is convenient and well-kept. Right next to it is the clubhouse, which is a great bonus â€" it has clean showers and restrooms, making it easy to work out and freshen up without going back to the apartment. The clubhouse also has a pool table in the lobby, which is a nice touch for relaxing or hanging out. Also the lady Tiarra is nice lady who helped me get my apartment.

I have lived here for a few years and I just hope that people feel the love that I do. My unit is really spacious and the natural light highlights my living quarters. The newly remodel clubhouse is Chef’s kiss! Treats us all like family and we love to come together for the community events. There are so many walkable Areas and food stops! Whatever you want to do is available to you in the hidden gem of Avondale Estates!

I’ve been a resident here for over 2 years. Since the change in ownership, there has been a significant improvement to the complex. They’ve renovated the exterior and some parts of the interior with more interior renovations to come!

The staff is very friendly and maintenance is fast to respond to my requests. My lease renewal has been posted and I will be renewing!!!

Hoping for continued improvement as the community has changed a lot over the years I have lived here. I feel like the community feel of the apartment is lacking at the moment. Struggling to feel like this is a home instead it just feels like a roof over our heads.

Moving into my new apartment at Willis Apartments was a smooth and pleasant experience. Tierra, the leasing agent was incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Everything was well organized, and communication was clear from start to finish. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and support I received. I’m very happy with my Dec and can’t wait to get completely set into my new home!
