Since the property changed from Bellamy to the new management company, I’ve had multiple billing issues that never occurred before. Random charges were added to my account twice, and I had to call to get them removed both times. During the second incident, I was told management would call me back because they were “all in the bathroom,” but when I went to the office, management was sitting at their desk.
