Overall the property has great amenities and is well kept. The leasing office staff is very friendly and extremely professional. I’m giving a mid review based on the extended amount of time both the front and rear entrance gates have been inoperable. I purposely sought out a property with gated access and since moving in, both gates have been inoperable, having to remain open daily for residents to access. This allows access to those who may otherwise not be authorized to access the property.... Security and safety are high concerns for me and the extended inoperable status is a concern that I hope will be resolved soon.

The property itself is okay, but the location could be much better. It is right next to a major highway with no sound barriers, so noise can be an issue. There is also very little natural shade on the property, which makes the outdoor areas less comfortable. The surrounding retail and food options are also limited, especially if you are looking for healthier choices. The area feels somewhat like a food desert unless you are relying mostly on fast food or less healthy options. The gate system is... also inconsistent. Some days it works, and some days it does not. The bigger issue is the access method itself. Instead of a keypad or a system you can easily use while driving up, you have to wave a key card in the air and hope the scanner picks it up. Overall, the property is manageable, but the location, access system, and lack of nearby healthy options make it less convenient.

Sheara is Awesome!
The headline says it all. Sheara Beach is such an amazing property manager. When we were deciding what apartment complex to lease from, Sheara sold us. She addressed every one of our questions and when we asked questions about lighting in the apartments, she let us know what apartments would be the lightest and brightest to rent from (lighting has been a problem with prior apartments). She also answered all our questions about safety protocol that the apartment complex takes. I love this... apartment complex thus far and am glad to be a Storyteller thanks to Sheara Beach!
