Great place to live with the concierge service and convenience of shops and transportation right around the corner. Staff is always attentive and service when repairs are required is mostly very prompt.

Nine15 Midtown has been an overall 4/5 stars. The property and units are all very clean and well kept. When placing maintenance request, I never have to worry about it being completed in a timely manner. The security of the property is great as well. One of the issues I have with the property is the fact that the gym is not accessible 24/7, as someone who works in healthcare, I am not always able to make it to the gym from the operational hours. The fact that I cannot purchase an additional key... fob has been an issue for me as well. The last thing I would say could have been better planned is the rooftop pool. The way the high rise was built it blocks having the entire pool deck being in the sun; thus, making you have to time your tanning sessions. We loved our move to 915, both Brandon and Stephen were very kind and helpful. The location is great and we love our unit, the elevators are always quick, the concierge is nice and helpful.

I've mostly had a great experience living here. The biggest issue is the trash chute consistently being full halfway through the week. When it's full, I have to walk all the way to the other side of the building and go up a flight of steps with my heavy trash bags to the large trash room, which is very frustrating. I've brought this up to management, but none of the proposed fixes have helped.

Living in this building has been a great experience. The staff has consistently been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, which makes day-to-day easy.
