Overall community is good in terms of location and amenities. The community should make sure the safety issues are addressed by making sure the gates are always functional and no one except residents and their visitors can enter.

Quiet neighborhood. Haven’t had many issues while living here and the minor ones I have had i’ve been compensated for and fixed in a timely manner.

It has been best place in Randolph to live around this beautiful place among the trees and trails. I feel great every morning to sunset in my balcony.

The experience is Good so far, but the service of maintenance requests and gym could be improved. Gym has missing equipment. So, i am disappointed with that

After living here for more than 4 years, I can say I have had a positive experience in this community.
PROS:
- Great location - Easy access to the Marta Train
- Peaceful neighborhood
- Maintenance team responds on time
CONS:
- Management needs to improve
