The maintenance service is quite slow it usually takes a few days for them to come and check any reported issues. Additionally, there are often flies around the apartment trying to get inside, which makes it uncomfortable at times.

THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES !!! (SMALL BABY ROACHES) MANAGEMENT IS AWARE HOWEVER , IT HAS TO BE REQUESTED TO SPRAY( EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW ITS ROACH INFESTED ). NONE OF MY OUTLETS WORK ! IN MY UNIT ONLY A SELECT FEW. I ALSO PUT IN A WORK ORDER IN JUNE NOTHING HAS BEEN COMPLETED.THE LEASING OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!. THE GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN RANDOLPH NEEDS TO DO BETTER IM THINKING ABOUT MOVING WHEN MY LEASE IS UP IT SUCKS !
