I have been dealing with ongoing noisy neighbors for months and have properly documented and reported it several times to no avail. This is the first time in 3 years I have been completed unsatisfied with my redency here.

I have been living at the Reserve at Lenox Park for two years now and will most likely renew my lease for another year. The apartment features a fantastic location, and management has always been top notch. As always there are little things here and there, especially with townhomes being built on the hill above the complex right now, but for the most part the apartment you get for the price is excellent.

The apartment complex is very safe and clean, and it has an enjoyable area to walk around with beautiful greenery. Being close to Lenox Park is a great plus. The leasing office and maintenance are on top of it.

Both the staff at the leasing Office and the maintenance staff are kind. They actively helped to make our moving process easier.
The area around the apartment is quiet and peaceful.

The community is very peaceful and nice — I love it here. The leasing office staff are incredibly kind and amazing. The cleaning condition for new residents is also very neat and well-prepared. I’m so happy to start a wonderful life here. Thank you!
