Big bedroom and closet space compared to other Roswell apartments. Can’t hear my neighbors either which is a pro. The electrical sometimes goes out in odd places of the apartment but the office will just replace fuses.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Catherine. The maintenance team is amazing—always friendly, professional, and quick to take care of any issues. They have such a helpful attitude and genuinely care about keeping the community in great shape. Tony and the lady at the front desk are also super helpful and welcoming, making everything easier for residents. On top of that, the community itself is really nice and well-maintained. I truly appreciate the great service and atmosphere here!
