I’ve had a good overall experience living at The Catherine. The location is super close to downtown Roswell and Alpharetta.
Noise levels are low for our unit and building majority of the time (mostly depend on your neighbors, especially above you). Everyone seems to be kind and mind their business :)

Great neighbors, great amenities. Close to everything apartments are very spacious. Maintenance is wonderful and respond right away. Jennifer is very friendly and super helpful with anything you need.
