It's ok we have been here a long time. Miss the business and laundry before the upgrade of the leasing office which was ok. We need more community events and food trucks.

Overall, the community is safe, no complaints about feeling secure in your apartment or having items delivered to you. The biggest localized issue for me are the loud inconsiderate neighbors that live above me and stomp on the floor at odd hours of the day for reasons unknown to me. I really loathe being woken up after a long day at midnight. Also, the recent wave of Fines levied at residents in June, including me, for filling up their trash bags beyond the limits of the tiny can that Affinity... provides (which is deemed "Excessive") is ridiculous. I take the trash myself to the dumpster instead to avoid such nonsense. The breezeways aren't cleaned as frequently as they used to be and are dirty with dirt and bugs. I question if the stated "once every Thursday" pest control is being performed because insects frequently appeared when they didn't before even in the prior summer seasons, I've resorted to performing my own pest control treatments around my unit. Overall I would rate it a 6/10. Staff are working on slight problems with the pool. Many people who don’t live there come and dirty/crowd the area. I noticed people who don’t live here come to charge their cars for free. I like the staff though they’ll work on the problems if you come to them about it

My experience with Sugarloaf Summit Apartments is great I enjoy living in this neighbourhood. It’s too good we end up renewing our lease. I recommend Sugarloaf Summit if you like up scale luxury place to live in yet is affordable

I would recommend the resident experience at Sugarloaf Summit. The staff are friendly, and the amenities are well maintained. My only complaint is that the entry gate frequently does not work.
