After living here for almost a year, my experience has been okay\. The units are cute and can be made beautiful, but I would not consider the community luxury or upscale\.
Maintenance usually addresses the initial work order, but additional follow\-through is often needed, and communication about the next steps is lacking\. The team appears overwhelmed, so tenant requests can sometimes be delayed or overlooked\.
The common areas also need improvement\. The hallways may have been painted, but... the floors are often dirty, debris and trash are left outside collection times, and the pool repeatedly develops algae and attracts many bugs\. Information about available storage units also needs to be kept more accurate and up to date\.
Overall, the property is not horrible, but as rent continues to increase, residents will expect better cleanliness, amenities, communication, and maintenance follow\-through\. Right now, the condition and service do not match the higher rental rates\.

I truly enjoy living here! The community is very quiet and peaceful. The only downfall is people parking on the sides of the roads throughout the parking lot……

Great community, staff friendly and apartment are actually nice and amenities are worth it, had got my apartment date pushed back and had to switch apartment but they still gave me same rate for a upgraded apartment

Has been good so far but when using my Washer for the first time it completely filled with water and would not drain. Sent a maintenance request and it has not been fixed yet or have received any updates on it.
