The apartments are new and look great, with updated features and a clean design. The location is convenient and the building feels safe. There are still a few small things being worked out, which is expected with a new place, but overall it’s been a good experience.

We love our apartment and community. Everyone we have met that works there is very friendly. I do wish we had a dog park of some sort for all the pups in the community but other than that I love it.

Perfect location and kindest staff would recommend to everyone !! Move in process was so easy. Quiet community with no issues at all !! Plus the sunrise over lake point is the best view every morning :)

I love it at the Upland, only bad thing is the weed smokers, but some of them are respectful, it seems to just be one or two that arent. Great staff, maintenance is always available, and the views are gorgeous.
