Parking here is terrible! Especially if you live in buildings 100 and 200. There isn’t enough parking. They don’t keep the hallways neat.I notice the only hallways that are cleaned are the 2nd and 3rd floor since those are what guests see first. 4 and up look terrible and have bugs and spiderwebs all over the light fixtures. I wish they had some kind of fob for the gate instead of using your phone.

I have loved at Upland for over a year and have loved my experienced. All of the staff is friendly and quick to help. The neighborhood is clean and safe. Overall is a very quiet and convenient place to live!

Maintenance checks seem more frequent than necessary. We had fire sprinkler and extinguisher inspections, then another maintenance check just a couple weeks later. why couldn’t have been done at the same time instead of residents having to rearrange their schedules multiple times.
An upstairs plumbing problem flooded my apartment, and I had industrial fans running in my unit for a week straight, which was loud and disruptive. For all that inconvenience, I received a $150 credit.
I’m also still... dealing with the insurance process from that incident, which has been frustrating and time-consuming. I understand the apartment complex may not be responsible for handling the claim directly, but better communication and guidance would have gone a long way.

We really loved living at this apartment overall. The unit itself was great, the location was convenient, and for most of our time here we had a good experience.

The reason for the 4-star review instead of 5 is how management handled ongoing issues with our upstairs neighbors’ dogs. We made multiple complaints over time because dog urine was regularly dripping onto our porch, and running/barking late at night. Unfortunately, despite being told the issue would be addressed, nothing really... changed.

Aside from that frustrating situation, we genuinely enjoyed living here and appreciated many aspects of the community. I just hope management improves communication and follows through more consistently when residents raise concerns. Read More

This is a beautiful location with expert management. It is at the top of a hill with a grand entrance. The maintenance team is super fast and courteous. The community areas are lovely.
