Been here a little while and it’s honestly been a good place to live. Maintenance usually gets things fixed pretty quick and the location is really convenient. It’s mostly quiet around here too. The train nearby can be a little loud sometimes, but overall I’ve had a pretty good experience living here

Upland at Emerson is located on a hill overlooking a beautiful sports park. The staff are friendly and give this place a 'homey' feel. It is light and bright and very safe. I'm delighted I found my home here!!! Gretchen

I really like this place! Love the gym, pool, pretty club house, trash compactor and valet. Love the apartment, too. The washing machine that came with the apartment is pretty bad. No matter the detergent or amount of clothes in there, some of the clothes will still come out dirty. It also stinks, and we leave it open when it’s not being used to air out. The dryer is fine. The smoke detector goes off nearly every time I open the oven while it’s on, even without any food being in it and no smoke.... Overall a good experience!
