This is the best place I’ve lived for a long time and all the enmities are great, even though we haven’t taken advantage of some of them, but the staff has been great. Any issues I addressed are taken care of in a timely manner, and I love it here.

So far it’s been great! Haven’t been here long but I love the space I’m in. It’s quiet, which I like, and can’t wait to start using the car wash station it’s so convenient.

From a tour, to applying and moving in, the staff at Easton Riverview has made my transition so easy and stress free. Leasing agent Sofia was very informative from day one. She continued to check in with me to assure I had everything covered and had all questions answered. She gave me the confidence I needed in making my decision to apply here and I am so happy and I took her advice. She's been there every step of the way and it feels great to have someone I can reach out to for any questions or... concerns. The community here is peaceful and kid friendly. My son loves the space here and exploring the outdoor community. The residents so far have been lovely and we cant wait to utilize the pool and gym soon. I couldn’t be happier. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They hold resident events to engage the whole community which is a great opportunity to get to know people.

my only problem was we had to figure out where to throw our trash if they didn't pick it up and we also noticed others place trash outside near the road not sure what days that is ok for
