The positive aspect of living here is NO BUGS, the outside noise level is decent for a place this size, maintenance is quick to fix things, office staff are nice, the rent is reasonable. The negative aspect are the thin walls and ceilings.

I love it here so far, the amazing sunsets I’m able to see every day, it feels very safe around here, the apartment is just what my partner and I were looking for, we’re so excited I’m glad we took the decision to move in.
