Im really happy with my experience living at Vintage Winter Park. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and pet friendly! The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, which really makes a difference.
I especially appreciate how clean the common areas are and how safe the environment feels. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice community in the area.

Happy to live here
I couldn’t have picked a better place to live. The entire community is always in great condition, and you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything looking nice. It has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind at home.

Just moved in about a week ago, and so far I’ve had a great experience. My only concern at first was the package storage area being a bit messy. However, the management team responded incredibly quickly—they even left a thoughtful note with a small gift acknowledging the issue. By the very next day, the package area was completely organized and looked much cleaner.
Cleanliness is a top priority for me when choosing an apartment, and they’ve really delivered. Outdoor areas are kept tidy (even... after a few windy days with lots of fallen leaves), the indoor rugs in my building are cleaned, and maintenance requests are handled promptly.
Really appreciate the attention to detail and responsiveness so far!
