Upon move-in, the staff and residents have been very friendly and welcoming! They have been quick to handle any issues I've had, and the apartment complex itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I have only inputted a couple of maintenance requests since move-in, and they were completed in a timely manner. I recommend Vintage Winter Park Apartments!

Clean upon move in, friendly staff. Love free coffee in the club rooms and the big elevator, made move in a lot easier. Can’t wait to check out some community events!

We’re going into our 5th year at Vintage Winter Park & still love living here. We’re in The Mead floor plan. Our favorite feature is the two walk-in closets in the master, one in the bedroom & one in the bathroom. The amenities are great, & the wine tastings from The Wine Room are a nice touch. It would be even better if residents could purchase wine cards. We also appreciate the on-site EV chargers since both my partner & I drive EVs, but it would be helpful to have another set near the... pool-facing parking lot. That said, there are areas for improvement. The entrance gates frequently malfunction & leave the community vulnerable. Adding arm barriers alongside the metal gates could greatly enhance security & traffic management. These barriers are efficient, with open & close times of about one second, effectively preventing tailgating & unauthorized access.
