Living at Vintage Lake Mary has been fantastic! I’ve been here about 7 months and the staff, neighbors and amenities are fantastic.
The events are great and really bring the community together - but my favorite is the food trucks on Wednesday’s!
I love how the area surrounding is pretty walkable as well.

There was no hesitation in me wanting to renew the lease. I absolutely love it here. The staff are amazing. Maintenance is amazing always so welcoming. They always remember my name as well. They even remember my dogs name. Love it. Haven’t had any issues with residence here. Always super clean anytime I need anything. It’s done immediately. I plan on staying here for quite a long time. Highly recommend.

Stephanie was amazing and she’s always helping us out with whatever we need. We love our apartment! We had some issues with certain things being broken and she had someone take care of them the same day!
