So far so good, it has been a wonderful experience living in Legacy Apartment homes,location is great with peaceful surroundings and beautiful peacocks around and river view , very comfortable seating arrangements inside the dog park with barbecue grills and shade

I’ve lived here for over five years and absolutely love it. There’s no place better than this complex. It has beautiful grounds and your basic amenities, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the neighborhood is well taken care of and safe.

Amazing experience, Staff in the office, are very respectful and always keeping us up to date about what’s going on in the neighborhood, well kept, very clean, the apartments never look dirty, and always kept clean

I just moved in this past December and the entire process the property manager was and still is the best I’ve seen in a while. They’re always approachable and respectful. Maintenance workers are wonderful and are great to talk to for advice with the appliances. Always been helpful. I love it

Legacy Apartments never ever disappoints me NEVER!! I love the community and amazing Hillsborough River view!! The Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant maintenance Team is phenomenal quick to fix things even on their day off!! Tell me where you can get services like that no wherever except for legacy Apartments!! My Family truly loves the Legacy
