Good community quite neighborhood been here for a while. No issues maintenance is great and responds quickly everyone is nice and respectful

Overall, nice apartment. It is in a great area, very quiet, plenty of surrounding food places and grocery stores. Apartment itself has a good layout, it's not perfect but I love the balcony area. Staff are helpful and receptive.

The community is very nice, although an older apartment community it has been renovated. The apartments are spacious compared to more modern and new apartment complexes, at a lower rate too!

Notice for maintenance around the buildings is put on the doors and not emailed. A paper got destroyed, so I was unaware they would be entering my apartment to spray for bugs. The windows got replaced and I was not given notice until the week before, meaning I had already planned for a friend to visit and it was too late to cancel. I was signed up for a service my first month living here, and when I asked was told I must have done it (I did not) and a week later we were told the complex HAD... signed everyone up for this. I submitted a maintenance request and didn't hear back for days despite listing it as a high priority. You have to call directly.

The trash valet service is not good. The rules are unclear and the staff taking the trash never puts a notice to why trash isn't taken. They skip my apartment or ignore cardboard regularly.

The apartment building itself is nice. The unit I have has a good view.
