Very few issues, which are just due to the age of complex. The community feels safe, the leasing agents and maintenance are on top of issues, and I love the views.

Very welcoming
I recently moved in and have loved my experience so far. Yessy in the office is very patient and responsive, as is the maintenance team. My unit had some minor issues that I was not happy with when moving in, but they have quickly resolved my problems. The property is very quiet and I love how small it is. Parking is much better than where I lived previously, which is also a big plus.

I moved in recently and I have loved it so far. From the initial tour to follow up visits, Yessy was very patient with me, answering all my questions. I had a few minor issues when I moved in that I was less than thrilled about. However, maintenance has quickly resolved any concerns I bring forth. If they are quick to resolve minor issues I assume they will be just as quick if anything major ever happens, which is comforting. I love the smaller community and parking is so much easier than... where I lived previously. It's a small detail, but it is nice to be able to park right outside my unit instead of hiking to my car every morning.
