Excellent place to live, helpful staff and maintenance. Peaceful.
Only complaint is the dog owners not picking up after dogs and kids using dog park as a playground while we are in there with dogs, even after telling them not to come in with my dogs, I counted 7 kids in there before I left.

Everything is always clean and the management team is always super helpful. Maintenance is consistently on point. Every time I submit a request is always gets completed later that day or the next.

Location is great, rent is affordable and amenities are great. There is hardly anywhere to go without driving though and the noise between units when someone above walks in theirs is really high

Not quite what it used to be but still a nice place to live. When things break, like the hot tub, it takes a very long time to fix. The fire pit. Pool maintenance is lacking. Mold build up ans fountains not working properly. Stairwell not pressure washed like they used to be. Big issue is the amount of cop visits and raids that happen here. Thought residents were background checked.
