From the moment we moved into The Aster on October 1st, we felt so welcomed and the concierge team (such as Adam and Jermaine) were so very friendly and seemed eager to get to know us offering to assist us and educating us to the different things that the Aster has to offer us! The other residents are equally friendly! Our representative Kelly made the application process easier than elsewhere where we rented in downtown in the past. This place is kept top notch clean I see people outside... cleaning the entire pool area often and the hallways and lobby and elevators are kept very neat and clean. The amenities, the complimentary food and drink gatherings and the peaceful and beautiful environment, has been such a joyful plus!
Things such as screens on the balcony door is also such a wonderful perk for a rental and the floors are easy to clean with no carpet which we like. The pool is awesome, kept very clean and the temperature is a perfect temperature! Our mail and delivered boxes are kept safe with state of the art entry and notifications...and plenty of carts and help with bigger boxes. They have dry cleaning drop off and pick up safely too! Other places that we have rented downtown, we had very frustrating experiences with our deliveries! This area of downtown is much quieter and easier to get in and out of than other parts of downtown to our surprise and the trollies pick up right out front!
We also enjoy walking to other places downtown and to the marina, which is so much closer walking distance, than we thought! We love the Aster and the restaurants, Sprouts, shops and hair salons are all wonderful to have right here and Kors is opening very soon! Read More

My husband and I moved to Aster one year ago after Hurricane Helene flooded our house in Belleair Beach. This has been our home since. The amenities are wonderful, the pool area, landscaping, peaceful ambiance, and work out room. They maintain everything keeping it top notch and in excellent condition. If anything needs repairing or replaced, maintenance handles it quickly and efficiently allowing us to focus our attention on other things. We just signed a two-year lease.

Beautiful new buildings in downtown Sarasota with state of the art amenties , including gym , lounges , 24- hour concierge, covered parking ...Aster & Links has it all ....finally found my perfect home.

We have now lived in the Aster building for a year, renewed for another 2 years and can't say enough about how much we enjoy living here. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and being downtown is the best lifestyle we could ask for.
