Moved in around October and was a bit rough here at first but ever since the new ownership things have been great here. Especially the ladies at the front desk amber and kellady! Anytime I need anything they are always there to help and answer any questions I have!!

Great community amenities! Peaceful community. The parking isn’t the greatest with only one vehicle per unit and any guests or if you have a roommate has to walk a couple hundred feet to get to the unit. The cleanliness is not the best with hallways or stairwells seemingly not being cleaned on any consistent frequent basis and are dirty with spotty floors and walls consistently. As neighbors talk, towing is out of control with residents being towed out of guest parking, which is allowed,... frequently. this place had such good potential with its beautiful apartment layouts & amenities but after a few months of moving here it has all gone downhill. They have absolutely no parking for anyone with a second car in their household. They created a dirt lot for cars to park that is straight mud when it rains & all the dirt is attracting massive bugs that are all sticking to the cars. I had scheduled a tour at this apartment complex, but when I arrived, no one had a record of my appointment. Fortunately, Tony, one of the leasing professionals, immediately stepped in and reassured me with a warm “no worries.” He then gave me the most detailed and insightful tour I’ve ever had. Mid-lease the management abruptly changed the parking policy restricting residents to one car despite our lease agreement allowing two. This change has created significant inconvenience, as the guest parking area is insufficient to accommodate the extra vehicles.

We were still willing to stay and even considered transferring to a townhome with a two car garage. After viewing one that suited our needs, we expressed our interest, but despite numerous calls and messages to the leasing office, we... never received a callback or return email. The lack of communication and follow through from management has been incredibly frustrating.

Ultimately, we will be moving at the end of our lease due to the consistent mismanagement of this community. It’s unfortunate, as the apartments themselves are quite nice, but the lack of parking, accountability, competence, and organization has made our decision clear.
