Giving a 3/5 because the gate app is still not fixed, not sure if this is a management issue or an app issue or what. Can’t let DoorDash, friends, family, nobody through the gate without having to walk to the gate. Would like this fixed! Otherwise it’s ok, having amenities is great.

I really enjoy living in Marlowe Jacaranda. The office staff is great and very knowledgeable, caring and helpful in every way. The maintenance staff is excellent and very attentive to all my needs and requests in a most timely manner, The residents and my neighbors are very nice and friendly!

I’ve been disappointed with several ongoing issues during the months I’ve lived here. Unfortunately, some of these problems seem to have no resolution. My unit was built next to the elevator equipment room, which results in constant noise throughout the day and night. I’ve raised this concern multiple times, but no compensation or meaningful solution has been offered. In addition, the elevators are frequently dirty, the gate is often broken, and the amenities feel low quality for the price being... charged (i.e. the pool cushions are all dirty).

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand that living near the elevator equipment room can be challenging, and while some aspects of the building’s design are fixed, we regret that this has impacted your comfort. We did... add a significant amount of noise cancellation material into the elevator control room and, based on your previous communication with our service supervisor, we had thought that it had been a resolution. The amenity areas are monitored regularly. Occasional issues can & will arise and when they do repairs are subject to the availability of parts. When the gate repair technician arrived he determined that the video entry had been hit by a vehicle causing the need for a replacement to be ordered. We’ll continue working with our teams to maintain and refresh shared spaces. We appreciate your residency and encourage you to reach out directly so we can discuss any specific concerns further.

The location is great. The vibes and aesthetic of the community are amazing. We can’t wait to move in at the end of the month. The gym is thoughtfully curated with the best machines. And cabanas by the pool are the icing on the cake
