Good so far. Pool is kept clean. Outside is fairly clean. People seem fairly quiet. Maintenance seems to react fairly quickly. Outside contractors seem to be friendly.

The community is in a perfect spot off Jacaranda. Close to grocery stores, and just 15 minutes to the beach. We love our apartment here, and renewed for another year.
