I have lived here for almost 2 full years and there are two things that have bothered me so much that I need to remove a star for each. Outside of these 2 things it’s great.
1. The TVs that they show you in the lounges are an incredible pain to work as nice as they look. There are TVs everywhere and no one knows how they work or they don’t work at all. They say they want people to fix them but they have made ZERO attempts to fix the ones in the pool lounge in phase 1. ZERO attempts. Also to... reserve the lounge it is like 600$ dollars non-refundable deposit. Im already paying a premium to have it here. It should be refundable.
2. NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE. That thing is closed 7 hrs of the 8 hrs of operation a day. No one is ever there super annoying when you need help from a person.

We are excited to share that we are currently in the early stages of refreshing our lounge spaces to enhance... the overall experience for all residents.
Regarding amenity usage, our lounges are available to residents on a first-come, first-served basis, and per the lease agreement, residents may bring up to two guests into amenity areas. We do offer the option to reserve the space for private events for a fee, which allows exclusive use for up to six hours. When a reservation is made, it temporarily limits access for other residents during that timeframe.
In reference to office availability, as of January we are fully staffed and operating seven days a week. While the office remains open during posted business hours, our team may occasionally step away from their desks to assist residents, conduct tours, or address matters throughout the community. We are always available and committed to being responsive.

I really love the community but there are two issues that really bother me and that could simply be resolved by the management team:
1. we have an open area close to the gym on phase 1 building that is always empty and could have a better use for the kids with a little tot lot. Most building offers a kid's area and we do have an empty space! There are plenty of families with kids and toddlers in both buildings, but there isn't any space reserved to them.
2. the parking lot needs to have the... bumpers reinstalled and perfectly working! When I moved in almost 3 years ago people would respect the speed limit because we had proper bumpers actually working. With lack or maintenance most floors in the parking lot don't have bumpers installed anymore and some residents simply DO NOT respect the speed limit, which makes the parking lot not safe, especially if you have children with you.

Whole experience has been great so far. Movein was easy. Hope was fantastic during the leading up to the move. Building is clean and people seem pleasant.

Very calm, with several amenities such as pool, gym, work space and so on. There are markets, public transportation, drugstores nearby as well.
