I wish there was a more convenient pathway between phase II & phase I. When I moved in, I wasn’t given much instruction which I did not appreciate. I didn’t know at the time that there were two separate parking garages so I had parked in the phase I garage and tried to enter the apartment in that building without knowing that I was in the wrong building garage that we managed to get into. I also was not reminded of what floor(s) amenities were on in each building as it had been some time since... I initially toured the buildings. I also was not given any instruction of where to find my apartment/the easiest route for a smooth move-in, how & when the trash service takes place, etc. So I am quite disappointed with the initial move-in process. Although, I do appreciate the responsiveness of maintenance and the leasing office. It’s in good location in proximity to metro line and walking distance to major grocery stores .,however it’s very long and dark corridors and patios make it less desirable in everyday living experience. Shower sprays are rusted and water pressure is annoying and internal lightning for apartments oriented to the inner patio is a bit depressing unfortunately . Furthermore it’s a maze to try and move between different parts and amenities..

I have had a very positive experience living in this building. The staff is especially friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they are always attentive whenever assistance is needed.
There is currently some construction underway, which can occasionally be a little inconvenient, but I understand that these improvements are being made to enhance the building and the overall experience for residents.

Overall, I’m very happy with the building and especially appreciate the excellent staff.

Well located, close to Douglas Station, very calm community, organized and very good maintenance. Common areas with plenty of amenities in both buildings.

Very nice environment. Staff extremely friendly and willing to help whenever asked. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to Merrick Park. Very convenient being across the street from Milams Market. Have met some very friendly neighbors by the pool. New furniture around the pool and in the lobby looks beautiful
