There are pros and cons of living here, as with all places. I think it is a lovely building with nice amenities. My teenager loves the simulator room and there is a beautiful gym facility. Everyone is friendly and the location couldn’t be better for us. Rooms are big and there isn’t too much noise from neighbors. The parking situation is not ideal if you have guests because there is not a lot of guest parking and they have to pay if they stay overnight. The worst thing by far is the fire alarms.... We have had 3 nights in the last 2 months where the fire alarm has gone off while we were asleep. Overall, we are happy with our choice to live at Modera Coral Springs.

Regarding the fire alarms, as previously communicated with residents, these activations are caused by resident activity and are unfortunately outside of management’s control.
