MODERA Edgewater location is perfect—close to everything I need, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and waterfront views. The staff here is approachable, and willing to help. The community activities they organize are nice. Overall, it’s a place where I feel comfortable.

We rarely have maintenance issues, but when we do, the Modera in-house staff is outstanding. First, the online means to report an issue is user friendly, informative, and dependable. Maintenance personnel then investigate the issue in person usually on the same day and resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. All of the activity is tracked online, and satisfaction feedback is requested.
