I love living in modera the neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. The amenities such as the gym are really nice and they are very clean. The pool everytime I have gone has been warm and quite and peaceful

The apartments are spacious and have a nice updated look. Maintenance is helpful and usually responds quickly whenever something needs to be fixed. The leasing office staff is also friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I really enjoy the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. The location is one of the best parts because it’s close to restaurants, stores, schools, and plenty of other places in Davie. The community feels peaceful and welcoming, and I haven’t had any... major issues since living here. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Modera Academical Village and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great apartment, but management could be better
Overall, I’ve had a very good experience with the apartment itself. The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious, and the appliances and amenities are great. The property is well-equipped, comfortable, and offers a lot of what you would want for convenient everyday living. The location in particular is a major highlight.
The main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is my experience with the management team. I’ve had some difficulties... with communication and with getting certain issues resolved efficiently. While the apartment and property itself have been great, I feel that the management experience could be more responsive, organized, and customer-focused.
If the management and communication improved, I would have very little to complain about. The apartment itself is definitely one of the strongest aspects of living here, and I would still recommend the property based on the location, space, amenities, and overall quality.
