I truly enjoy living in my apartment for so many reasons. The amenities alone make it feel like a resort—between the beautiful pool, well-equipped gym, and spacious dog park, there’s always something to enjoy. The ample parking makes coming and going hassle-free, and the entire community is always clean, well-maintained, and dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for pet owners like me. What really sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional hospitality and support from resident... relations—especially Kayla. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard, valued, and at home. Her warm, professional demeanor and quick response time make a world of difference in day-to-day living. All these things combined truly make this apartment feel like more than just a place to live—it’s home.

I don’t know much about the company as a whole. But Cortland Reunion is not good. Do not move here. I’ve had a broken kicked in dented door from the last tenant since I moved in a year ago, and it never got fixed. Parking is abysmal, my AC busted maybe 4-5 times living here. Gates have been broken for over a year. The grounds crew is the only redeeming quality of this place. Other places are way cleaner, and has newer nicer amenities and better rent deals.

This apartment complex is a disappointment. The management sucks, front office is lazy, the amenities don’t work most of the time, gates are never closed and have been broken for the past year or so.

Cortland reunion was once upon a dream place. When we moved in, oh it was wonderful. The property itself is gorgeous. The apartments on the surface level is great (I have growing concerns about the insides of walls and things, but thats not my job). The initial experience was great. Until the management shift. And when other well like office staff was let go/left. Now I avoid the office like the plague because not for nothing, I'm not a fan of being spoken to like I'm dumb or I'm a child from a... person who is probably about the same age as me, perhaps a bit older, maybe. Fact of the matter is, it doesn't matter how old I am, what I look like or anything. I'm a paying resident.
Time and time again I watch people being toured around and again, all the freaking stops. I watch interactions with residents, and they are not so pleasant. It's not okay. Do the job you're supposed to do. Please. Read More
