The apartment has great amenities, however, the recent price surges no longer make the apartments worth the price.

Also the leasing office is friendly but very unhelpful. A neighbor reported the garage ceiling was leaking on the cars and was told “that was the intended behavior”. The maintenance man is over worked and under staffed. Also when looking to move apartments the leasing office constantly advertised the wrong price and was unaware of what apartments were actually listed on the website...
and for what price. Myself and other residents had to correct the leasing office multiple times.

The only positives are David, Allyn, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Emily was not helpful.

We are new to the building and so far the experience has been great. We love the neighborhood, the building is quiet and everyone is very friendly. The premises are very clean and the rooftop is gorgeous. We lucked out!

It has been great living at The Silva. Our experience overall has been very good. Challenges have primarily been around communication from property management and maintenance where responses to requests made in the online portal have been seemingly ignored. In some cases where issues have affected multiple units or the entire complex, we didn't get an update for a couple weeks and continually submitted online maintenance requests that seemed to go nowhere. This has been frustrating at times and... required us to call or ask maintenance in-person which usually got a more immediate response. But overall, maintenance response and overall communication from property management and maintenance hasn't been great. Other than those challenges our experience has been very positive living at The Silva.
