You guys are doing amazing. The amenities’ upkeep is great, and the monthly residents activities are getting better and better every day. Mike and his team, the front desk and cleaning staff are also wonderful and very professional. I wouldn’t change a thing. :)

I moved into this apartment building a couple of months ago, and I absolutely love it here! From day one, the office staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure my experience is a positive one. The community events are a highlight – they're a great way to meet neighbors and have some fun. I'm especially looking forward to the pool opening soon. I have been quite spoiled as far as housing is concerned, yet the Silva team members, the building itself (architecture, quality of construction, attention to detail, amenities, etc.), my wonderful neighbors in the Silva, and the neighborhood have far exceeded my initial expectations. Just wonderful to be able to call this my new home!

After more than two years at home in the Silva now, I am happy to report that I’m still just as happy as when I first moved in. It feels like every new team... member only adds positive aspects to the culture in the community. The facilities have not degraded one bit (thank you, Mike & Team).
