I have brought up the concerns about the garage leaking, this is caused when our janitorial team cleans out the trash room. There is a drain in that room that leads directly to P2 and has been something that we have been looking to find a better solution for. We are hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible. Lastly, I sincerely apologize that you felt I was not helpful. That is never my intention, and I regret that this was your experience.
