Overall, it's been okay. The location is good, the maintenance people and front desk are great, the amenities are fine, but the gym could have more options. The community events leave a lot to be desired, especially for the rent that is paid.

Sonnet Apartments: Great amenities and amazing concierge team. Summer can be loud but adds to the vibrant community. Prime location for convenience.

Love living here! The staff is great and the building is very new. Also, great place for furry friends too. It’s a bit in the pricier side but it’s worth it.

Mostly great experience. Lots of turnover at the front so the experience is inconsistent. Maintenance team is amazing. Property management staff is okay.

I've been a resident for 2 years. The building is fine. Some amenities are good and well maintained. One of the highlights of the building is the rooftop and the ability to get together with friends, but for more than a year the grills haven't been working and no effective solution has been provided. The management team is not flexible at all in working with current residents. Whatever you need, you'll be treated like a new customer that just came from the street, even if you've been around and... complying with every rule. The neighborhood has declined. It's no longer safe around here. Lots of issues happening at night.
