We understand the importance of the pool area... to our residents, especially during the summer months. Unfortunately, the replacement sling furniture experienced manufacturer delays that were outside of our control. Because our rooftop furniture is custom-made and shipped from Italy, the replacement components were subject to extended production and international shipping timelines. While we worked diligently to obtain updates and alternative solutions, we recognize that the delay impacted the resident experience and fell short of expectations.
We also apologize for any confusion caused by inconsistent communication regarding the delivery timeline. Clear and accurate communication is important, and we appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention.
