The one thing that sets this property apart from others in the neighborhood is it’s spa but features like the steam room, which was a major draw for me, have been broken for close to six months now with no rush to get it fixed.

mostly a good experience, but the steam room has literally been broken since I moved in 5 months ago and so many people are able to sneak into the gym/wellness area - a security guard for 2 hours every other day makes actually zero difference. I feel unsafe leaving my things in the locker room because I see people wander in and out who don't live here. so many things take AGES to be fixed such as one of the literal main elevators that was down for months and the steam room has never worked. the... lockers in the locker room also don't work so I have to just leave my stuff and hope no one steals it

Great amenities, although they've been unavailable many times. The steam room and pool is cool, but is often dominated by some bros. I haven't been able to access the theater ever since I toured.
There is no hot water, and very bad water pressure. The units are small compared to other buildings.

Large apartment with good amenities. Leasing process fairly straightforward. Once living there, getting maintenance or assistance can be difficult

Lack of professionalism and training for the staffs, also lack consistency on the directions and rules, the emails from the leasing office has no Information on what is happening, and always ended up will come back with more info but never does.
I wish with the price of the rentals here they would offer better services
