I have loved being at Colette. Location is great.

This is only my second experience with a new apartment community, i.e. new development, and I'm so pleased with my decision to move to Colette. I got the sense during my tour that it would be an exceptional living and social experience and I was right. The thoughtfulness in design and attention to detail is impressive inside and out, and I appreciate access to so many the amenities.

I am an active duty service member and was searching for a modest place to stay while I attended SSC at Fort McNair, DC. Luckily, I was able to secure a studio at Collette, and after living here for 3 months now, I can say THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

To begin, the building and units are all new construction, so my apartment was furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances to include a stackable washer/dryer in my studio, which is hard to find in other locations.

Next, the... staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to tenant needs and concerns. The leasing office is always available to assist during business hours, and I have found them to be professional, friendly, and extremely responsive.

There is also a professional-grade gym on site, which has everything from cardio to full free weights to functional fitness equipment. It is comparable to any "pay gym" and is free to tenants at no charge. I actually think there are more gyms in the building, but this is the largest.

Finally, the location cannot be beat if you are attending SSC or PME on Fort McNair. I use an electric scooter to get back and forth and can be door to door in 10 minutes or less, so if nothing else sways your decision, there is no better location this close.

As a military member, I truly hope this helps others who have orders to SSC or anyone really who is looking for a clean, nice, and modern rental in DC. Read More

My experience at the Colette has been nothing short of amazing. Booking a tour was so easy, the staff are so family oriented, welcoming, and professional which really sealed the deal for me. Moving in was simplified, as I was provided with resources for moving companies, moving supplies, etc. The Colette is a place to definitely call home, the amenities are AMAZING, the rooftop view covers the entire dmv and is something to see whether day or night. The fact that we have a Pet Spa to love on our... fur babies makes my heart smile. Community events are provided for us all even our fur babies, and the consistency of keeping us informed about any and everything shows how much we are respected, appreciated, and cared for here at the Colette.
