I have resided her for a little over 9 months. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very willing to quickly respond to any questions I may have. The facility is very well kept and is a pleasure to return home. While all residents seem to respect one'one's privacy, all seem friendly.

I would love to give my greatest gratitude to Jenifer from the Leasing Office, she has been very helpful, excepcional detail oriented, her work ethic are very satisfactory in all areas. Such a great attitude at all times, she made my family feel very welcome to our new home. Jenifer guide our move in a very pleasant welcoming environment to my family and myself. Living at Warner Pointe has been great! From the moment I toured the building to now everyone has been friendly and gracious. The grounds are kept clean and proper notices are always sent and provided.
The management team is great at what they do as is the maintenance team. They are quick and responsive
