I feel like I found a hidden gem in Hollywood. If you're looking for a new build with in- unit laundry, central AC, secured mailroom, underground parking, a gym, and community spaces across multiple floors, this place is it. For me, the location is the best part, located right in the middle of Trader Joes and Target to the west, Mother's Market and Stereoscope Coffee to the east, and Larchmont a few blocks south.
