On my move-in date, December 30, 2025 the apartment was not move-in ready.?I found dirty tiles, dirty window frames, a washing machine with a strong odor and mold, a bathtub that would not drain, a mailbox filled with letters for the previous tenant, and even an eviction notice. While the staff are nice, I have been repeatedly given misleading information, and the issues have not been resolved in a timely manner. I have now been unable to use the washing machine in my unit for three weeks since... moving in, and the repair request is still pending.

Major safety concerns: daily car thefts and no security
I currently live at Vox and want to make potential renters aware that there has been a significant and ongoing increase in vehicle break-ins and tire thefts in the parking areas over the past several weeks. These incidents are happening frequently, with multiple residents affected, and it has created a real concern about security and safety on the property.
The location and units themselves are fine, but the current security measures are not keeping up with the escalation we are seeing.... Residents are paying for parking, yet many vehicles have been targeted, and the response so far has been limited. It has reached a point where a lot of us no longer feel comfortable leaving our cars in the garage at night.
Until management takes more proactive steps to address the situation and improve security, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering moving here be aware of this issue and factor it into their decision.

Vox is a wonderful place to live. Young couples, with and without children, singles and adults alike all enjoy all the great amenities and grounds here at Vox! And pets are welcome too! Culver City is just a short walk away and the Arts District is close by too.

I’ve given up on raising the same concerns, because they get ignored. The gate to the adjacent street continues to slam in the middle of the night since it’s never locked; people smoke weed on the property, close to our unit; the noise on that same street, from vagrants and party goers, wakes us up every weekend, in the middle of the night; cars have been broken into and/or stolen from the garage; non residents can bring their dogs to the dog park because the gate continues to be left open. It’s... a waste of time saying anything, because I’ve raised all of these concerns before, and management just doesn’t care.
