This is a safe building to live in. I love the resident events. I wish they celebrated other events that cater to all demographics and not just some. The staff and management are amazing!!!! The apartments are cozy.

Living at Shoreline Gateway is worth the drive! I moved from a place within walking distance to work, and while I miss the convenience, everything here makes up for it. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable. Perfect whether you’re active or just want to relax by the beach.

There are countless reasons I love living at Shoreline Gateway. Moving from another state I was unsure of the right area and community and so glad we are residents here. The building and amenities are stunning but the front desk, security maintenance and property concierge are what make this the best place to live. They are so helpful and professional and always go above and beyond. So grateful this is our home.
