We had a fantastic experience during our move-in process, thanks to the outstanding support from Jeffrey. He was incredibly attentive, always responsive, and made sure to answer all of our questions promptly. We truly appreciated his transparency—there were no unexpected costs or surprises, and everything was communicated clearly from the start.
Additionally, the security team was extremely helpful and informative, offering clear guidance on parking and familiarizing us with the surrounding... area.
