No hot water again for the second day in a row. This is about the seventh or eighth time it has happened this year, and there has been no communication whatsoever about when it will be restored. It’s truly awful. Live here if you want to pay for an expensive luxury apartment with no hot water.

Please don't move to this apartment, spend your money somewhere else, this property is good but is very poorly managed.
