The Charlie is very well managed building with high standards and a very nice community.
Its a great place to live !
Hannah the manager is on top of things, maintenance is prompt and professional.
The gentleman that cleans does an amazing job.
The way the building was built ( concrete ) , it really is very well insulated and you never hear noise from neighbors or barely citysounds.
I am quite happy here !

The Charlie Weho is a first class building w great community spaces . A well designed and constructed building w beautiful spacious apartments that leave nothing for imagination.
Plenty of closet space, high quality appliances, beautiful bathrooms and user-friendly kitchens.
Great location as well ,virtually everything your heart desires is merely footsteps away.
The views to the Hollywood hills and sign as well the mountains to the east or the sunset to the west are Supreme!
Easy access and...
friendly, approachable management makes living here warm and harmonius.
Wifi connection is superfast.
I am 100% lucky enough to call the Charlie my new LA home !
