Love the experience so far . Everybody is so nice. Love the community space, gym, everything is centrally located. Leasing agent has been helpful with making move easy

The apartments are comfortable, amenities are good, parking is tight tandem spot only fit one car second car sticks out oon to the driveway two far

The management team, maintenance team, the neighbors and the pool/jacuzzi make this place worth it. I do wish the units came with a washer/dryer or at least a dedicated spot to hook up. I also wish there was a dedicated area for kids to play. But otherwise I enjoy living here and the proximity to the freeway and the beach areas
