Can't wait to get the keys I love the place my kids love the place. We went to see the first time we saw we were ready to sign to lease it's very clean and beautiful place to be call a home

I normally try to give fair feedback, but currently I am dealing with serious maintenance issues in my unit. On March 10, 2025, water leaked from the bathroom plumbing through the ceiling, causing water to pool on the floor and resulting in a slip and fall where I injured my neck and back. I reported the incident and sent photos to management, but I have not received a response from property management regarding the injury.
The following day I attempted to take a bath due to the pain, but the... hot water only lasted about five minutes before turning cold. After waiting 30–40 minutes and trying again, the hot water lasted only two to three minutes.
Water mitigation equipment has since been placed in the unit, which is producing significant heat and triggering migraines, making the apartment difficult to remain in. Maintenance staff have responded regarding the leak, but management has not addressed the injury report or accommodation request. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and resolves the issues quickly for resident safety.

Lovely neighbors. Very quiet, apartment is beautiful! The amenities are great, there are many food places and stores walking distance as well!

The community is nice but unfortunately we have some residents that dont seem to care about keeping it up to par... Management sends multiple emails regarding community rules, do's and don't but it doesn't seem to matter. People continue to throw trash ,food, drinks etc in the bushes, kids tearing up the grass that the gardeners do a great job of keeping up, parking spaces full of personal items makes it look bad, clothes left in dryers overnight etc.... Definitely could be a much better... community with the care of the residents

Great place to live. The community is great. The people are wonderful in here no problems living in the community as a resident. Office management is nice.
