Tour of The Charlie Santa Monica
We took a tour of The Charlie Santa Monica 1-2 weeks ago and it was excellent. The leasing manager, Erin M. was very professional and would highly recommend. The apartments were very new with nice kitchens and the amenities were top-notch. Multiple gym spaces, lounges, underground parking, rooftop decks, barbecues, and a hot tub. We did not have an appointment for the tour and Erin gladly showed us around on a Saturday before she had to go. We felt super welcome and she explained all the... information and answered any questions we had and it was a great experience. To Greystar/The Charlie management, please consider Erin for a promotion or raise as she goes above and beyond and does an excellent job. Thank you.
