Great Community

I enjoy living at The Hilltop! The amenities are great, and I love that they host events for their residents (free food is a plus). The office is friendly. Overall, it’s a great transition for students like me living off campus for the first time.

Keep renewing.

Hilltop office staff has been incredibly helpful and understanding. I'm very appreciative to live at The Hilltop. Pool and grill amenities are always kept clean and the views are excellent.

HELLTOP APARTMENTS - WORST PLACE EVER

construction at 8am, no type of privacy
management LIES, told and lured residents with the promise of amazing amenities like pool/ lounge area would be done when they moved in, it’s been a year and nothing is open, dryers and washers don’t work and cost 3 to wash

I don't know how this still has a 5 star rating. Complete joke

Immenites:
Spa (closed for construction, also just a hot tub)
Pool (closed for construction, also no lights)
Bike Storage (not done/open)
Walking/Biking Trails (in Santa Cruz, not actually part of the complex)
Gameroom (what? Where?)

Avoid at all costs! Lies at every turn. Constant construction. Construction workers walking into occupied units without warning. Rapid management changes because of complete incompatance. Increases in rent with no actual quality changes or reason.

Oh and the best...
part, they advertise that's a great deal for students because that they should just fit 5 people into a two bedroom
