Do. Not. Live. Here. Hilltop is an absolute nightmare. The management is unresponsive, dismissive, and consistently fails to address even basic health and safety issues. Mold shows up again and again, the plumbing is a mess, and every “repair” is either delayed or done so poorly that the problem comes right back. Nothing gets handled unless you chase them endlessly, and even then, you’re ignored more often than not.
Save yourself the stress, the health risks, and the constant frustration. There... are far better places than this.

My stay at the hilltop has been a positive experience so far. The community itself is beautiful and the units are spacious. Office has been helpful with all of my questions about renewals. We are planning on renewing once we finalize our roommate situation. Happy to be here!

Great Community
I enjoy living at The Hilltop! The amenities are great, and I love that they host events for their residents (free food is a plus). The office is friendly. Overall, it’s a great transition for students like me living off campus for the first time.
